View your assignments and schedule

Guest Worker

The Guest Worker Dashboard is the home page for users with the Guest Worker role. It provides a focused view of your event participation, without the financial account features that family members see.

When you sign in as a Guest Worker, you are automatically redirected to this dashboard.

Summary Cards

Three cards appear at the top of the dashboard:

CardWhat It Shows
Total Events WorkedThe total number of events you have participated in.
Families Worked ForHow many different families have assigned you to events. The family names are listed below the count.
Upcoming EventsThe number of events you are currently scheduled to work.

Upcoming Events

Below the summary cards, the Upcoming Events section lists every event you are scheduled to attend. Each entry shows:

  • Event name
  • Date and venue
  • Family that assigned you
  • Stand number (if you have been assigned to a specific stand)
  • Role (if a specific role has been assigned, such as cashier or grill)
  • Attendance status badge -- for example, "assigned," "confirmed," or "attended"

Recent Event History

A table of past events you have worked, with columns for:

ColumnDescription
EventEvent name and venue
DateWhen the event took place
FamilyThe family you worked for
StandThe stand number you were assigned to, or a dash if none
RoleYour assigned role, or a dash if none
StatusYour attendance status for that event

If you have not worked any events yet, the message "No recent events found" appears.

Families Worked For

If you have worked for more than one family, a dedicated section lists each family along with the number of events you have worked for them. This section only appears when you have worked with at least two different families.

Status Badges

Throughout the dashboard, color-coded badges indicate the status of events and attendance:

How It Differs from the Family Dashboard

The Guest Worker Dashboard is simpler than the Family Dashboard because guest workers do not have their own financial accounts. Here is what is different:

  • No account balance -- Guest workers do not have a family account with a monetary balance.
  • No scholarship section -- Scholarship requests are managed by family members.
  • No document compliance -- Compliance tracking applies to family accounts.
  • No season goals -- Goal-setting is a family account feature.
  • No quick actions -- The shortcut buttons for scholarships, documents, and transactions are not shown.
  • No activity feed or transaction history -- Financial transactions belong to the family account, not the guest worker.

Instead, the Guest Worker Dashboard focuses entirely on event participation: where you have worked, where you are going next, and which families you support.
