Understanding the Guest Worker Dashboard
The Guest Worker Dashboard is your home page. It gives you a quick overview of your event participation without the financial details that family members see. For a full breakdown of every section and widget on the dashboard, see the Guest Worker Dashboard reference page.
Key areas of the dashboard:
- Summary Cards — Three cards at the top show your total events worked, how many families you have worked for, and your upcoming event count.
- Upcoming Events — A detailed list of every event you are scheduled to work, including the family, venue, stand number, role, and your attendance status.
- Recent Event History — A table of past events with all the same details, so you can review your participation record.
- Families Worked For — If you have worked for more than one family, this section breaks down how many events you completed for each.
View Event Details
When you see an event listed on your dashboard, here is how to get more information:
-
Look at the event entry in the Upcoming Events section.
-
Each event shows:
- The event name and venue so you know where to go.
- The date so you can plan ahead.
- The family that assigned you, which tells you who to contact with questions.
- Your stand number and role, if they have been assigned. If these show a dash, the coordinator has not assigned specifics yet.
- Your attendance status badge, which is color-coded (blue for assigned, teal for confirmed, green for attended, red for no show).
-
For past events, scroll to the Recent Event History table to see the same details in a sortable table format.
If your assignment details (stand number or role) are missing, the coordinator may assign them closer to the event date. Check back before the event or contact the Family Lead.
