Family Dashboard

Family

The Family Dashboard is the main landing page for family members after signing in. It provides an at-a-glance summary of your account, upcoming events, season progress, and quick links to common tasks.

Welcome Banner​

At the top of the dashboard, a welcome banner greets you by name and introduces the page: "Here's what's happening with your StandShare account."

Security Banner​

If you are an Admin or Coordinator and have not enabled two-factor authentication, a yellow banner appears encouraging you to secure your account. Click Enable 2FA to go directly to the MFA setup page.

Setup Card​

If your account setup is incomplete (for example, you have not added students or connected to an organization), a setup card appears at the top guiding you through the remaining steps.

Quick Stats​

Three summary cards appear in a row:

Account Balance​

  • Displays your family's current account balance in large text.
  • Shows the net change for the current month (credits minus debits).
  • Includes a View Statement link that takes you to your full account statement.

Pending Scholarships​

  • Shows the number of scholarship requests currently awaiting review.
  • Labeled "Awaiting review" so you know these have been submitted but not yet processed.

Document Compliance​

  • Displays your compliance percentage (for example, "85%").
  • Shows how many required documents are still missing.

Season Overview​

If your organization tracks seasons, a Season Overview section shows four metrics for the current season:

Total EarningsThe total amount your family has earned this season.
Events WorkedHow many events your family participated in, with total worker slots.
Scholarships UsedTotal scholarship funds disbursed, plus a count of any pending requests.
Net After DeductionsYour earnings after fund fees and other deductions.

Season Goals​

If you have set a season goal in Settings, progress is displayed here:

  • Earnings Goal -- A circular progress chart showing your current earnings as a percentage of your target. When you reach 100%, a "Goal reached!" label appears.
  • Events Goal -- A horizontal progress bar showing events worked versus your target.

If you have not set a goal yet, a prompt appears with a Set Goal button that takes you to Settings.

Four shortcut buttons for common tasks:

Upcoming Events​

A list of your next five scheduled events, sorted by date. Each entry shows:

  • Date in a calendar-style badge (month and day).
  • Event name and venue.
  • Worker count -- how many of your family's workers are assigned.
  • Days until the event -- displayed as "Today," "Tomorrow," or a day count. Events within three days are highlighted in orange.

Click any event row or the View All link to go to the Events page.

Activity Feed​

A chronological list of your most recent activity (up to 15 items), which can include:

  • Transactions -- credits and debits with amounts.
  • Scholarship updates -- status changes on your requests.
  • Event assignments -- new worker assignments.
  • Announcements -- organization-wide messages.

Each activity item shows a title, description, date, and an icon indicating the type. Items with financial amounts display the dollar value in green (credit) or red (debit).

Recent Transactions​

A table showing your most recent account transactions with:

  • Date
  • Type (commission, scholarship, fee, etc.)
  • Description
  • Credit and Debit amounts
  • Running balance
