Submit your required documents

Family

StandShare tracks required documents for each family to ensure compliance with organizational policies. Common documents include contracts, amendments, NFL credentialing forms, and Exhibit C. This guide explains how to upload your documents.

  1. Log in to StandShare.
  2. Click Documents in the top navigation bar.
  3. The Documents page loads, showing your compliance status, uploaded documents, and any missing document alerts.

View your required documents

At the top of the page, the Compliance Status card shows:

  • Compliance percentage -- How much of your required documentation is complete (e.g., "75%").
  • Document count -- How many documents you have completed out of the total required (e.g., "3 of 4 documents").
  • Progress bar -- A visual indicator of your completion status.

If any documents are still missing, a Missing Documents alert appears at the bottom of the page listing the specific categories that still need to be fulfilled (e.g., "Contract, NFL Credentialing").

Upload a file

  1. Click the + Upload Document button.
  2. The Upload New Document form appears.
  3. Click the file input field and select a file from your device. Accepted formats include:
    • PDF (.pdf)
    • Word documents (.doc, .docx)
    • Images (.jpg, .jpeg, .png)
  4. Click Upload Document to submit the file.
  5. A green confirmation banner confirms the upload was successful.

After uploading, the document appears in the Your Documents list with a status of PENDING. An administrator will review and classify the document.

tip

You do not need to select a document category when uploading. The administrator will classify your document into the correct category (e.g., Contract, Amendment, NFL Credentialing, Exhibit C) after reviewing it.

Understand document statuses

Each document in the Your Documents list displays a status badge:
