The Venue Discovery page lets you browse venues on the StandShare platform that are seeking staffing partners for their concession stand events. Use it to find new venues in your area and learn about potential event opportunities for your organization.

Opening Venue Discovery​

  1. Log in to StandShare.
  2. Navigate to Venue Discovery from the main sidebar menu.

The page loads with a directory of venues available on the platform.

Browsing the Venue Directory​

Each venue is displayed as a card showing:

  • Venue name -- with a blue checkmark icon if the venue has been verified
  • Venue type -- a label such as Stadium, Arena, Amphitheater, Convention Center, Fairground, or Other
  • Location -- the city and state where the venue is located
  • Capacity -- the venue's capacity (if available)
  • Managed by -- the organization currently managing the venue (if it has been claimed)

Venues are displayed in a scrollable list. If there are many results, pagination controls appear at the bottom of the page showing the current page, total pages, and total venue count.

Searching and Filtering​

Use the filter panel at the top of the page to narrow your results. You can filter by:

City​

Type a city name (for example, "Tampa") to show only venues in that city.

State​

Enter a two-letter state code (for example, "FL") to show only venues in that state. The field automatically converts your input to uppercase.

Venue Type​

Select a venue type from the dropdown to filter by category:

  • All Types (default) -- shows all venues
  • Stadium
  • Arena
  • Amphitheater
  • Convention Center
  • Fairground
  • Other

After setting your filters, click the Search button to update the results. You can combine multiple filters -- for example, searching for all Stadiums in Florida.

When there are more venues than fit on a single page, use the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom to move between pages. The page indicator shows where you are (for example, "Page 2 of 5 -- 97 venues").

Tips​

  • Start with a broad search (just a state) to get an overview of available venues in your region.
  • Look for the verified checkmark -- these venues have been confirmed by StandShare.
  • Venues that show a "Managed by" organization already have an operator. Venues without this label may be open to new staffing partnerships.
  • If you do not find any venues matching your filters, try adjusting your search or check back later as new venues are added regularly.
