Find other members in your organization

All Roles

The Member Directory lists members of your organization who have chosen to make their contact information visible. You can search for members, view their contact details, and control how your own profile appears to others.


Access the Member Directory

  1. Sign in to StandShare.
  2. Open the More dropdown in the top navigation bar and click Directory.

The directory page loads with a searchable list of members who have opted in to be visible.


Search for a Member

  1. Type a name, email address, or phone number into the Search field at the top of the directory.
  2. Results filter in real time as you type.
  3. Click a member card to expand their contact details.
tip

If you cannot find someone, they may have set their visibility to Private or may not have opted in. You will need to contact them through your event coordinator or administrator.


View a Member's Contact Details

Each member card in the directory shows the information they have chosen to share:

  • Full name
  • Email address (if shared)
  • Phone number (if shared)
  • Role (Family Lead, Coordinator, etc.)

Click on a card to see the full details panel.


Manage Your Own Directory Listing

You control what information is visible to other members.

Opt In to the Directory

By default, new accounts are not listed in the directory.

  1. Go to Settings > Profile.
  2. Scroll to the Member Directory section.
  3. Toggle Show me in the Member Directory to On.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Your profile is now visible to other members of your organization.

Opt Out of the Directory

  1. Go to Settings > Profile.
  2. Scroll to the Member Directory section.
  3. Toggle Show me in the Member Directory to Off.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Your profile is immediately removed from the directory listing. Other members can no longer find you through the directory.


Set Privacy Controls on Individual Fields

Even if you opt in to the directory, you can choose which fields are visible:

  1. Go to Settings > Profile.
  2. Scroll to the Member Directory section.
  3. For each field (Email, Phone), choose the visibility level:
    • Visible — Shown to all directory users.
    • Hidden — Not shown, even if you appear in the directory.
  4. Click Save Changes.
tip

Sharing your email or phone is optional. You can appear in the directory with just your name and role visible if you prefer.
