View your transaction history
Family
The Transaction History page shows every credit and debit on your family account — event earnings, scholarship disbursements, fund transfers, and more. Use it to verify your balance, understand a specific charge, or export records for your own files.
To open Transaction History, select Transactions from the main navigation.
The balance card
At the top of the page, a card shows two numbers:
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| Current Balance | Your family's total account balance right now |
| This Month | Net change to your balance during the current calendar month (positive or negative) |
The balance updates automatically when events are settled and when any credit or debit is applied to your account.
Transaction types
Each transaction row is labeled with a type badge. Here is what each type means:
| Type | Direction | What caused it |
|---|---|---|
| Commission | Credit | Your family's share of event revenue after a settlement |
| Scholarship | Debit | A scholarship disbursement applied to your account |
| Membership | Credit | A membership fee collected |
| Fund Transfer | Debit | A deduction to an organizational fund (such as a no-show fee) |
| Catalog Charge | Debit | A charge for a catalog item |
| Adjustment | Either | A manual credit or debit applied by an administrator |
| Disbursement | Debit | A cash disbursement from your account |
| Collaboration Payout | Credit | Earnings from a collaboration event with another organization |
| Hook Penalty | Debit | An automated penalty applied by an organization rule |

The table shows 25 rows per page. Each row includes:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Description | What the transaction was for |
| Type badge | The transaction category (see types above) |
| Settle date | For commissions: the date the event was formally settled. Shown in green. If settlement is still pending, an estimated date appears in amber. |
