See how your family ranks
The Family Leaderboard shows how your family ranks compared to other families in your organization based on event participation and earnings. It is a fun way to see your progress and stay motivated throughout the season.
Finding the Leaderboard
- Log in to StandShare.
- Navigate to Leaderboard from the main sidebar menu.
The leaderboard page loads with the current rankings for your organization.
Understanding Your Ranking
At the top of the page, a highlighted banner shows your family's current position. This includes:
- Your rank (with a medal icon for top 3 positions)
- Events worked -- the total number of events your family members have attended
- Total earnings -- the cumulative dollar amount your family has earned from event work
- Attendance rate -- the percentage of assigned events where your family actually showed up
Reading the Leaderboard Table
Below your family's summary, the full leaderboard table shows all families in your organization. Each row displays:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Rank | Position in the leaderboard (gold, silver, and bronze medals for the top 3) |
| Family | The family name. Your own row is highlighted in blue with a "(You)" label. |
| Events Worked | Total number of events attended by family members |
| Total Earnings | Cumulative earnings from event participation |
| Attendance | Attendance rate shown as a color-coded percentage badge |
Attendance Rate Colors
The attendance percentage badge uses colors to indicate performance at a glance:
- Green (90% or higher) -- Excellent attendance
- Yellow (70-89%) -- Good attendance with room for improvement
- Red (below 70%) -- Attendance needs attention
Sorting the Leaderboard
You can change how families are ranked by using the Rank by toggle at the top of the table. The three sorting options are:
- Events Worked (default) -- Ranks families by the number of events they have participated in
- Total Earnings -- Ranks families by how much they have earned
- Attendance Rate -- Ranks families by their attendance reliability
Click any of the three buttons to re-sort the leaderboard instantly. The rankings update to reflect the selected metric.
Tips
- Check the leaderboard regularly to track your family's progress over the season.
- A high attendance rate is just as valuable as working many events -- it shows your family is reliable.
- If your family is not appearing on the leaderboard, make sure your workers' attendance has been recorded for past events.
