Track who has completed training
The Training Completions page gives you a dashboard view of who has finished their assigned training. Use it to monitor compliance, follow up with stragglers, and export records for your files.
Open the Completions Page
- In the top navigation, open the Admin section.
- Click Training Completions.
Completion Dashboard Overview
At the top of the page you will see four summary cards:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total | The overall number of completion records. |
| This Month | How many completions happened in the current month. |
| Modules | Number of individual module completions. |
| Programs | Number of program-level completions (all modules in a program finished). |
Filter by Module
Use the module dropdown to view completions for a specific training module. When you select a module, the table updates to show only completions for that module.
Select "All modules" to return to the full view.
Use the module filter to check whether a recently assigned module is being completed. If the numbers seem low, consider sending a reminder.
Completion Table
The table lists every completion record with:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| User | The user who completed the training (shown as user ID). |
| Module / Program | Which module or program was completed. |
| Completed At | The date the training was finished. |
Exporting Completion Data
Click the Export CSV button in the upper right to download all completion records (filtered by the currently selected module) as a CSV file.
The file includes all columns visible in the table and is named with today's date for easy filing.
Exports reflect your current filter. If you want all completions across all modules, set the filter to "All modules" before exporting.
Following Up on Incomplete Training
The completions page shows who has finished. To find who has not finished:
- Compare the completions list against your assignment list (Training Assignments page).
- Anyone assigned but not appearing in completions still needs to complete their training.
- Reach out to those individuals directly or send a bulk reminder through the announcements feature.
Certificate Issuance
When a user completes a module or program, StandShare records the completion. If your organization has configured certificates:
- Learners can view and download their certificates from their own compliance dashboard.
- You can verify completion status from this admin page.
Best Practices
- Check completions weekly during the first month after assigning new training.
- Export before board meetings so you have a paper trail of compliance status.
- Use the "This Month" card to spot trends -- a sudden drop may mean a module link is broken or people are confused about the requirement.
