View events across all organizations

Platform Admin

The Events page gives platform administrators a consolidated view of all events across every tenant (organization) on the platform. Use it to monitor event activity, check statuses, and drill into specific tenants.

Accessing the Events Page

  1. Sign in to the Platform Admin panel.
  2. Navigate to Events in the sidebar.

Understanding the Event Table

The events table displays the following columns:

TenantThe organization that owns the event (click to navigate)
Max WorkersMaximum number of workers assigned to the event
CreatedWhen the event was created

Searching Events

Use the search box to find events by name, venue, or tenant organization name. The search works across all visible text columns.

Filtering by Status

Click the Status column filter to narrow events by their current state:

UpcomingScheduled but has not started yet
ActiveCurrently in progress
CompletedEvent has finished but not yet financially settled
SettledEvent is complete and financials have been settled

Sorting

Click any column header to sort the table. Click again to reverse the sort order. Sorting works on all columns including dates and numeric values.

Filtering by Tenant

If you navigate to the Events page from a specific tenant's detail page, the view is automatically filtered to show only that tenant's events. The tenant name is displayed at the top, and a link to view all events is provided.

To clear the tenant filter and see all events again, click the All events link.

Click any tenant name in the Tenant column to navigate to that organization's detail page in the admin panel.
