Track compliance across your venue workers

Operator

The Compliance page gives operators a single place to manage document requirements, monitor tenant agreement compliance, and track worker compliance across all managed venues.

Accessing the Compliance Page

Go to Compliance from the operator sidebar. The page is organized into four tabs:

  • Requirements -- Define what documents and acknowledgments tenants and workers must provide.
  • Tenant Compliance -- See which tenant organizations have signed required agreements.
  • Worker Compliance -- View identity verification and notice acknowledgment rates per tenant.
  • Settings -- Configure enforcement behavior for compliance checks.

Requirements Tab

The Requirements tab lists all active document requirements you have defined for your venues.

Creating a Requirement

  1. Select Create Requirement at the top of the list.
  2. Fill out the requirement form with a name, description, and any deadlines.
  3. Save the requirement.

Editing and Deactivating

  • Select Edit next to any requirement to update its details.
  • Select Deactivate to remove a requirement from active enforcement. Deactivating does not delete historical data -- it simply stops requiring it going forward.

Tenant Compliance Tab

This tab shows a table of all tenant organizations that work at your venues, with their agreement compliance status.

Understanding the Table

Each row displays:

  • Tenant -- The organization name.
  • Agreement Status -- A color-coded badge showing compliance:
    • Compliant (green) -- All required agreements are signed.
    • Pending (yellow) -- Some agreements are awaiting signature.
    • Non-Compliant (red) -- One or more required agreements are missing or overdue.
  • Agreements -- A fraction showing how many agreements are signed out of the total required, with an overdue count if applicable.
  • Worker Compliance -- Summary of worker-level compliance for that tenant.

Filtering by Status

Use the status dropdown above the table to show only Compliant, Pending, or Non-Compliant tenants.

Viewing Tenant Details

Select any row (or the View button) to open a detail panel for that tenant. The detail panel shows:

  • A breakdown of each required agreement and its signature status.
  • Options to waive specific requirements when appropriate.
  • Detailed worker compliance information.

Worker Compliance Tab

The Worker Compliance tab provides a rollup of worker-level compliance across all tenants that operate at your venues.

What You See

The table shows one row per tenant organization with two key metrics:

  • Identity Verified -- The percentage of workers who have completed identity verification. Displayed as a color-coded badge:
    • Green (80% or above)
    • Yellow (50-79%)
    • Red (below 50%)
  • Notices Acknowledged -- The percentage of workers who have acknowledged all required venue notices, using the same color scale.

This gives you a quick overview of which tenant organizations have the most compliant workforces and which may need attention.

Settings Tab

The Settings tab lets you configure how compliance is enforced when tenants are assigned to work events at your venues.

Delegation Enforcement

Choose how strictly to enforce compliance when delegating events to tenants:

  • Off -- No compliance check. Tenants can receive delegations regardless of agreement status.
  • Warn -- Show a warning when delegating to a non-compliant tenant, but allow it to proceed.
  • Block -- Prevent delegations to non-compliant tenants until all required agreements are signed.

Identity Verification

Toggle whether you require workers to have verified identities before they can be assigned to events at your venues.

Saving Changes

After adjusting settings, select Save to apply. A success message confirms your changes.

Monitoring Deadlines

Keep an eye on these indicators to stay ahead of compliance issues:

  • Overdue counts on the Tenant Compliance tab highlight agreements that are past their deadline.
  • Expiring requirements are flagged in worker detail views so you can remind workers before their acknowledgments lapse.
  • The color-coded badges throughout the dashboard make it easy to spot problem areas at a glance.
