Customize your organization's look and feel
Branding settings let you apply your organization's visual identity to StandShare — custom colors, a logo, and a public landing page that members see when they first visit your organization's URL.
Access Branding Settings
- Sign in with an Admin account.
- Open Admin Hub from the top navigation.
- Switch to the Org Settings tab and click the Branding card.
Branding used to sit under the Content tab — it moved to Org Settings because it is org configuration rather than public-facing content.
Set Your Organization Logo
- In the Logo section, click Upload Logo.
- Select an image file from your computer. Supported formats: PNG, SVG, JPG. Recommended size: at least 200 × 200 pixels. PNG or SVG with a transparent background works best.
- A preview appears showing how the logo will look in the navigation bar.
- Click Save Logo.
To remove your logo and revert to the default StandShare icon:
- Click Remove Logo in the Logo section.
- Confirm.
Set Brand Colors
Brand colors are applied to buttons, highlights, and accent elements throughout the interface.
- In the Colors section, you will see fields for:
- Primary Color — Used for primary action buttons and key highlights.
- Secondary Color — Used for secondary buttons and accents.
- Accent Color — Used for highlights and active states.
- Click the color swatch next to a field to open the color picker.
- Choose a color using the visual picker, or enter a hex code (e.g.,
#1A73E8). - A live preview panel on the right side of the page updates as you pick colors, showing the effect on buttons, navigation, and cards.
- Click Save Colors when satisfied.
Use your organization's official hex codes for consistent branding. Most school boosters and sports organizations have brand guidelines with official colors.
Edit the Landing Page
The landing page is the first page members and visitors see when they navigate to your organization's StandShare URL (e.g., yourorg.standshare.app).
Open the Landing Page Editor
- In Admin > Settings > Branding, scroll to Landing Page.
- Click Edit Landing Page.
- The visual editor opens with a live preview of the page.
Edit the Hero Section
The hero is the large banner at the top of the landing page.
- Click the Hero section in the editor.
- Update:
- Headline — A short, welcoming headline (e.g., "Welcome to Jefferson Booster Club").
- Subheadline — A brief description (e.g., "Manage your family's concession stand account, scholarships, and documents in one place.").
- Background Image — Click Upload Image to add a banner photo, or leave blank to use your brand color as the background.
- Call-to-Action Button Text — The text on the primary button (default: "Sign In").
- Click Save Section.
Add or Edit Content Sections
Below the hero, you can add informational sections:
- Click + Add Section.
- Choose a section type:
- Text Block — A heading and body paragraph.
- Feature Grid — A 3-column grid with icons and short descriptions.
- Image + Text — A side-by-side layout with an image and text.
- Contact Info — Organization contact details.
- Fill in the content for the chosen layout.
- Click Save Section.
To reorder sections, drag them up or down in the editor's section list. To delete a section, click the trash icon on the section card.
Preview the Landing Page
Click Preview in the top-right corner of the editor to open a full-page preview in a new tab. The preview shows exactly what visitors will see.
Publish Changes
- After reviewing the preview, return to the editor.
- Click Publish to make your changes live.
Unpublished changes are saved as drafts and are visible only to admins in the editor. They do not appear to visitors until you publish.
Reset to Defaults
To revert all branding to the StandShare defaults:
- In Admin > Settings > Branding, scroll to the bottom.
- Click Reset to Defaults.
- Confirm. Your logo, colors, and landing page are reset to the defaults.
This action cannot be undone. Any custom content in your landing page will be permanently deleted.
