View your family at a glance

Admin

The Dashboard is the home page for family members and coordinators after signing in. It surfaces your account's current status at a glance, without requiring you to navigate to individual pages.

Who sees this page​

  • Family Lead — sees their family's balance, transactions, scholarship status, and event assignments.
  • Coordinator / Admin — also sees this page with their own family data. For organization-wide financial data, use the Financial Reports page instead.
  • Guest Worker — redirected to the Guest Dashboard automatically.

Quick stats​

Three cards appear near the top of the Dashboard:

CardWhat it shows
Account BalanceYour family's current fundraising account balance. A "this month" figure shows the net change from transactions in the current calendar month. Click View Statement to see the full transaction history.
Pending ScholarshipsThe number of scholarship requests your family has submitted that are still awaiting review.
Document ComplianceThe percentage of required documents your family has uploaded and that are still valid.

Upcoming events​

Lists the next five events your family has workers assigned to, sorted by date. Each entry shows the event name, venue, date, and how many of your family's workers are assigned to that event.

If your family has no upcoming assignments, this section does not appear.

Season summary​

When season data is available, a summary card shows your family's activity for the current season:

  • Total earnings — gross event commission earned
  • Fund deductions — amounts directed to the General Fund or Board Fund
  • Membership fees — any fees charged against the account
  • Net earnings — total earnings after deductions and fees
  • Events worked — number of events your family participated in
  • Worker slots filled — total individual slots across all events
  • Scholarships disbursed — total amount paid out in approved scholarships
  • Pending scholarship amount — total dollar value of scholarships still awaiting approval

Earnings goal progress​

If your organization has configured an earnings goal for the season, two progress bars appear:

  • Earnings progress — your current earnings toward the goal dollar amount.
  • Events progress — the number of events worked toward the events goal (if set).

Progress percentages are shown alongside each bar.

Activity feed​

A chronological list of up to 15 recent activities involving your account. Each entry includes:

  • An icon and color indicating the activity type (transaction, scholarship update, event assignment, announcement).
  • A title and short description.
  • The date of the activity.
  • A credit or debit amount for financial activities.

Some entries include a link to the relevant page for more detail.

Admin and coordinator features​

If you have the Admin or Coordinator role, two additional features appear:

Two-factor authentication prompt​

If you have not enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), a banner encourages you to set it up. Click Enable 2FA to go directly to the MFA setup page. This banner only appears for Admins and Coordinators — not for family leads.

Invite worker button​

If your account is linked to a family, an Invite Worker button appears. This opens a modal to invite a guest worker to join your family's roster for upcoming events.
